Lowest Price Guarantee
Where one of our products is stated in the description as being covered by our Lowest Price Guarantee, we promise to match the price offered for the same product by any other major online retailer or music platform.
Should you find the same product available at a cheaper price from another store, just contact us with a link to the product page on our competitor's website. If you have already purchased the product from us, we will refund the difference. If you haven't yet bought the product from us, we will either lower the price to match our competitor, or provide a discount code to use at checkout.
The guarantee excludes:
- Sales, special offers, multi-buys and other discounts applied to the full price by our competitors. The guarantee only covers full retail prices.
- Streaming services such as Deezer, Spotify and Amazon Music Unlimited. These services may offer some of our downloadable products as part of their subscription service, either at a reduced price or free of charge. Our guarantee does not cover such instances.
In addition, the price match is based on the cost of the product as shown on our website, before any postage and packaging costs are added at checkout. These added costs do not form part of the guarantee.
