Shipping

We now use fixed rates to simplify the shipping process for ourselves and our customers. Prices for postage and packaging are detailed below.

UK

Royal Mail First Class / Evri Standard (dispatched within 4-5 working days)

– All products: £3.69 fixed rate.

Royal Mail Special Delivery / Evri Next Day (dispatched within 2-3 working days)

– All products: £6.99 fixed rate.

EU / USA / Australia / Canada / Japan / Switzerland

Evri International / Poste Italiane Raccomandata Internazionale (depending on country of destination and stock levels, dispatched within 4-5 working days)

– All products: £14.99 fixed rate.

Please note that customers from all above countries  may need to pay some custom duties before their local postal services can release their package. We are unable to estimate or refund such costs, as they depend on the size of the order and the destination country. By ordering from our website, international customers agree to cover these costs themselves.

Q. Why do you not ship to other countries?

A. We do not have a large volume of sales of physical products from customers in countries not in the above list. In addition, shipments to other countries have often resulted in delayed / lost packages, which is an expense that we cannot easily absorb as a small business.

If your country is not in the above list but you would like to order one of our physical products, we can provide a bespoke quote (use our Contact Form). Payment will need to be made by PayPal and customers choosing this option acknowledge that in case of lost packages or delayed deliveries, we are unable to provide a refund. Full tracking information will be provided.

EU Orders

Depending on stock levels, orders from the EU may be shipped from the UK or from Italy. Wherever possible, we will ship your whole order from the same location. If it is necessary to ship from two locations, you will be given separate tracking numbers. Please note that for logistical reasons, EU orders may take longer than normal both to initially ship, and to be delivered.

 

Q. Why do you not provide a Standard Airmail shipping method?

A. Regretfully, we no longer ship international orders by Standard Airmail. This is due to the fact that we offer PayPal as a payment method at checkout. With PayPal, buyers can file a non-receipt claim and obtain a full refund, simply by claiming that they have not received their order. Without the means to prove that the order has been delivered, we are unable to counter-claim such complaints. As a consequence, we have suffered numerous cases of fraudulent claims. As a small business, we are profoundly affected by any such loss of revenue and we have been forced to remove the Standard Airmail method from our checkout. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.

Dispatch Times

All items displayed on our website are usually in stock and ready to be sent. However we are a family run business, and although we aim to process all orders as soon as possible, we are not always able to dispatch them next day. In some cases your order may not be dispatched until 5-6 working days after it has been placed. If any further delay is anticipated, we will contact you by email.
