Our prices for postage and packaging are as follows:
Royal Mail First Class (dispatched within 4-5 working days, delivery date not guaranteed)
- DVDs: £1.99 for the first item + £0.50 for each additional item.

Special Delivery™ (guaranteed next day from time of dispatch, usually dispatched within two working days)

We highly recommend this service for urgent and/or large orders. This method is tracked and requires a signature on delivery. Please see Royal Mail website for full terms.
All our parcels are sent via Royal Mail using the Drop & Go service, this allows us to dispatch items more quickly and frequently resulting in faster delivery for our customers. We collect all receipts (including tracking numbers) once a week, so we are sometimes unable to provide a tracking number as soon as your order has been dispatched, but you will still receive a shipment notification by email and at that point you can rest assured that your order is on its way. Should your Special Delivery not arrive within three working days from the dispatch date, please get in touch and we will track the delivery for you.
International Tracked / International Signed (depending on country of destination, dispatched within 4-5 working days)
- All products: Rates depend on country of destination and number of items. Please use the "Estimate shipping" feature on the shopping cart page to calculate total cost.
International Tracked / International Signed allows us to track your parcel until it leaves the United Kingdom. We will also receive a confirmation when the parcel is delivered.

Q. Why do you not provide a Standard Airmail shipping method?
A. Regretfully, we no longer ship international orders by Standard Airmail. This is due to the fact that we offer PayPal as a payment method at checkout. With PayPal, buyers can file a non-receipt claim and obtain a full refund, simply by claiming that they have not received their order. Without the means to prove that the order has been delivered, we are unable to counter-claim such complaints. As a consequence, we have suffered numerous cases of fraudulent claims. As a small business, we are profoundly affected by any such loss of revenue and we have been forced to remove the Standard Airmail method from our checkout. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
All items displayed on our website are usually in stock and ready to be sent. However we are a family run business, and although we aim to process all orders as soon as possible, we are not always able to dispatch them next day. In some cases your order may not be dispatched until 5-6 working days after it has been placed. If any further delay is anticipated, we will contact you by email.
